Behind each move lies a world unknown

Summer Recap

It’s been a long and eventful summer - so it’s time for an update!

Over the past 8 weeks, THE SURROUNDING GAME played at fifteen venues across the US and Europe, to members of the Go community and non-players alike. We had screenings in:

Boston, New York City, Seattle, Tacoma, Barcelona, French Go Camp, Czech Chess & Games Festival, Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, The European Go Congress, The US Go Congress, The National Go Center in Washington DC, the NY Asian American Film Festival, and the Rhode Island International Film Festival.

Thank you to everyone who helped make these events possible!

This week the film played two shows at the Ragtag Cinema in Columbia, MO. More screenings around the country are currently in the works. If you’re interested in setting up a public screening, like those above, head to our screenings page.
